European Roulette
European Roulette is a classic roulette game that features inside bets, outside bets, call bets, special bets, and favorite bets. The Roulette wheel has 37 slots that consists of numbers from 0 to 36. The objective of the game is to predict the number on which the ball stops on the Roulette wheel.
TYPES OF BETS
Inside Bets
Straight Up – Bet on a single number. To make a Straight Up bet, place the chip directly on top of a number.
Split – Bet on 2 adjacent numbers. To make a Split bet, place the chip between 2 numbers.
Three Line (Street) – Bet on a row of 3 numbers. To make a Three Line (Street) bet, place a chip on the line at the start of one of the 12 rows. Three Line (Street) bets on either 0, 1, 2 or 0, 2, 3 can be made by placing the chip in the center of these numbers.
Corner – Bet on 4 numbers. To make a Corner bet, place a chip on the intersecting corner of 4 numbers. Corner bet on 0, 1, 2, 3 can be made by placing the chip on the intersecting corner of 0 and the row 1, 2, 3.
Six Line – Bet on 6 numbers, 2 rows of 3 numbers, excluding 0. To make a Six Line bet, place the chip on the line that separates 2 rows.
Outside Bets
Column – Bet on 12 numbers. 1 column of 12 numbers. To make Column bet, place the chip on one of the three areas labeled 2:1.
Dozen – Bet on 12 numbers in a three-by-four square. To make Dozen bet, place the chip on one of the three spaces labeled 1st - 12, 2nd - 12 and 3rd - 12 on the table.
Red/Black – Bet on 18 numbers of a specific color, excluding 0. To make Red/Black bet, place the chip on either Red or Black labelled spaces on the table.
Even/Odd – Bet on 18 numbers of either the odd or even numbers, excluding 0. To make Even/Odd bet, place the chip on the spaces labeled ODD or EVEN on the table.
1-18/19-36 – Bet on 18 numbers of either the first half or the second half of the table, excluding 0. The chip is placed on the spaces labeled 1-18 or 19-36 on the table.
* The game tables position is always mentioned as in landscape mode, where 0 is on the left, 2:1 on the right and 1-18/EVEN/Red/Black/ODD/19-36 on the bottom.
Call Bets
Call bets are one or more inside bets on a series of numbers as they appear on the roulette wheel. Some call bets have a pre-defined minimum number of chips that are required to place the bets. See the Payouts section for detailed information. Call bets are made by placing chips directly on the roulette racetrack. Call bets include:
Neighbor bet – Bet on 5 numbers by default, where one number is selected with two additional numbers from the left and two numbers from the right on the wheel. The amount of neighbor numbers can be changed. To change the amount of neighboring numbers, use +/- located under the racetrack. To make a neighbor bet, place your chip on the racetrack and the bet will be placed on the grid for the numbers included in the neighbor bet. Maximum amount of neighbors is 8.
Zero – Bet on series of 7 numbers. Place your chip on the Zero area in the racetrack and chips will appear between numbers: 12, 35, 3, 26, 0, 32, 15.
Tiers – Bet on 12 numbers. Place your chip on the Tiers area in the racetrack and chips will appear between numbers 5 and 8, 10 and 11, 13 and 16, 23 and 24, 27 and 30, 33 and 36 on the game table.
Orphelins – Bet on 2 series of 8 numbers. Place your chip on the Orphelins area in the racetrack and chips will appear between numbers: 17, 34, 6 and 1, 20 14, 31, 9.
Voisins – Bet on series of 17 numbers. Place your chip on the Voisins area in the racetrack and chips will appear between numbers: 22, 18, 29, 7, 28, 12, 35, 3, 26, 0, 32, 15, 19, 4, 21, 2, 25.
Special Bets
Special bets are either several inside bets of one type or combinations of inside bets. The minimum number of chips needed to make a special bet is shown in the Special bets panel. Alternatively, see the Payouts section below.
Red and Black Splits - A red or black split bet is a bet on either all possible split bets on red numbers (9/12, 18/21, 16/19, 27/30) or all possible split bets on black numbers (8/11, 10/11, 10/13, 17/20, 26/29, 29/28, 28/31).
Orphelins Plein – An Orphelins Plein bet is a bet on a series of 8 single numbers: 1, 6, 9, 14, 17, 20, 31, and 34. For example, a bet on Orphelins Plein would be a straight bet on 1, 6, 9, 14, 17, 20, 31, and 34.
Finale Cheval - A Finale Cheval bet is a split bet on 2 numbers and additional split bets on those numbers that end with the same pair of digits. For example, a bet on Finale Cheval 3/6 includes split bets on 3/6, 13/16, 23/26, and 33/36.
Finale Cheval/Plein - A Finale Cheval/Plein bet is a split bet on 2 numbers and all the numbers that end with those 2 numbers. Non-adjoining numbers which follow the pattern have straight bets placed on them. For example, a bet on Finale Cheval/Plein 4/5 includes split bets on 4/5, 14/15, 34/35 and straight bets on 24 and 25.
